Can I make money doing online surveys? I costs money to get started, is this a scame?

I was on a web site reading about doing surveys and group studies online to make money from home. I was really excited about getting started but when i went to sign up there was a 57 dollar fee. has anyone done this? Can I make good money? Is it just a scam?

Yes, it’s a scam. The company will take your $57 and you will *never* manage to make that much money doing surveys. You’ll be lucky to make $10, and that’s after hours of clicking away on line, and probably giving away your personal information to other scammers as well.
Don’t do it. If you want extra money, go out and get a *real* part-time job.

I heard a lady on here was having trouble getting paid. She was making a dollar an hour and they wouldn’t pay her.

there is no reason why they would need to charge you to get started. If they needed the money, then you just wouldn’t get paid for the first survey or they would deduct it from your pay. Anything that sounds like a scam is probably a scam.
